    CIT (Counselor in Training)
The CIT program is a three-week program designed to train those who are ready to take on new challenges, opportunities and responsibilities at camp. CITs have “on the job” training and work with campers by assisting staff with camper care, facilitating activity areas, and evening programs. CITs have additional responsibilities throughout camp including, but not limited to, service projects, Dining Hall, and logistical/operational initiatives. This unique opportunity provides young adults with the chance to develop their personal leadership style, and practice good communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and gain valuable professional development that will help them succeed at CSL, in school, and in any workplace.

CITs are 17 years-old or are rising 12th graders. CITs are participants in the CSL program, and there is a cost for participating.
